Beverly April Earhart

Beverly April Earhart was born in Butte, Montana on April 25, 1952. She grew up in Ramsay where she attended the Ramsay Grade School, and lived there until she graduated from Butte High School in 1970. It was then that she started her life's journey where she lived in Washington D.C.; Fayetteville NC; Schofield Barracks in Oahu HI; Reno and Las Vegas NV; Butte MT; and ending up where she started in Ramsay MT. She remained in Ramsay, in the house where she grew up, 17 Laird Street, for the rest of her life. Beverly passed away at St. James Hospital on the 12th of May 2024 at the age of 72 on Mother's Day after a brief illness. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend. Her life was full of experiences from being a life-long cat mom, jigsaw puzzle enthusiast, VA Hospital admissions person, bank proof reader, truck driver, tour guide/trolley driver, and travel specialist. Her greatest professional accomplishments came from working for the FBI, and her many years at the Butte MEPs. As exciting as that was, it didn't compare to her favorite job of all, being a Mom. She is survived by her son Dennis C. Lane and his wife, Jenepher, and stepson, Jason, of Lincoln NE. Also surviving are her siblings Robert "Bob" Earhart and Joan Smith of Salmon ID; Renne and Rhonda Earhart and Jerry and Ellen Earhart of Ramsay MT; and Betsy Tarrant of Dillon MT; as well as several nieces and nephews including Lee and Deb Earhart; Dan and Deb Earhart; Ron Earhart and Miguel Bernal; Marshal and Kelly Latham; Lynette and Bill Henderson; Kristi and Mike Driscoll; and Carrie Shinkle. She was predeceased by her parents, Homer and Adela Earhart; sisters, Marie Palmer and Kathy Earhart; and brothers-in-law, Hal Palmer and Ed Fenwick. Her memory will live on through the memories that are left in the hearts of those she held most dear. A Memorial Service will be held on June 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home with the Reverend Daniel Triller officiating.
