Sandra Lee Juarez

Sandra Lee Juarez, 62, of Butte, Montana passed away on June 15th, 2024, in Butte, MT. She was born on October 3rd, 1961 in Butte, Montana, to Fred and Ruth Juarez. She graduated from Butte High School. Sandra went to Nursing School in Denver, CO where she became an LPN Licensed Nurse where she practiced phlebotomy. When she moved back to Butte, she worked at many nursing homes around town for many years. She had a heart to serve and loved helping others. After nursing, she worked at the Hampton Inn for over 10yrs which she enjoyed immensely. She has three wonderful children she loves deeply. She had her first child Amanda West in Denver, CO with Gary West. She continued on to have her second and third children Matthew and Nicholas Piazzola with Frank "Chuck" Piazzola, in Butte, MT. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her kids, family, and friends. She adored making memories with her grandkids, as they filled her with much comfort and joy. Her favorite hobbies were to color, do arts and crafts, lived to go thrifting, and liked to travel. She loved tie-dye, lava lamps, rock and roll music, and was a true hippie at heart! She had a green thumb and loved to play in the garden and cherished the sun on her face. A few of her favorite things are zebras, rocks/gemstones-particularly purple amethyst. She special space in her heart for her cats, and all other animals. Sandra will be remembered for her Huge Heart because she was always helping and giving what she could to anybody in need. Sandra is survived by her kids Amanda West of Denver, CO, Son Matthew and Daughter in-law Julia Piazzola of Butte, MT, Son Nicholas Piazzola of Butte, MT, Her father Fred and step mom, Beverly Juarez of Butte, MT, sister Angela and (Joe) Pagliero of Great Falls, MT, Brother Ralph Juarez and partner Eric Boltz of St. Paul, MN, Nephew Timothy McDermott, of Butte, MT and Grandchildren Grae and Sienna Piazzola of Butte, MT She is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Juarez in 1993, her grandmother Mary Rob in 2008, and Brother John Juarez in 2013. Memorial services will be conducted Monday June 24th, 11am in Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home, 1800 Florence Ave Butte, MT 59701.
