Jamie Jean Boehmer

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Jamie Jean Boehmer on September 14, 2024. She was born in Butte, March 10, 1978, to William “Bill” Steven Boehmer and Cheryl Lynn Jorgensen (Peshek) of Butte Montana. She attended local schools and was a proud graduate of Butte High School. High School was followed by College at the Montana Tech Highlands College receiving her Associate of Applied Science Degree. She later received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Walden University. She married Joe Hardesty, and they later divorced, however remained friends. From this union they co-parented and were the proud parents of their three children, Bryton, Briley, and Brienna Hardesty. She started her career as an Administrative Assistant with Western Montana Mental Health. She continued her employment with Benefis Health System for twenty years. She was later employed with Community, Counseling and Correctional Services, Inc., Start Program as a Case Manager. Jamie was a devoted mother whose greatest love and passion were her three children. In addition to her role as a mother, Jamie cherished her beloved dogs, who brought joy and companionship to her life. She will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, unwavering love, and the countless memories she created with her family and friends. She is predeceased by her mother, Cheryl Lynn Peshek (Jorgensen); her Uncle Frank Jorgensen; and maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by her children, Bryton, Briley, and Brienna Hardesty; her father, William “Bill” Steven Boehmer; and her Stepfather, Dave Peshek. Also surviving are her siblings Monica Boehmer (Mikayla and Mikenna Burt); and Sean and Arin Boehmer (Ava and Eli). She is also survived by Joe Hardesty, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted in her honor Thursday morning at 11 o’clock in Wayrynen-Richards Community Center. Immediately following will be a reception in the Wayrynen-Richards reception hall Jamie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. “Love you up to the stars n’ back!”
